Q How do I know the providers are any good?  Why would a good dentist, or optometrist be part of this?
Benefit Together only uses large scale, high quality provider networks.  For example, we use Aetna’s national dentist network that most dentists belong to.  We also only use Vision Service Plan (VSP), the oldest and largest network of independent optometrists in the country. They’ve been around for over 50 years and created the very first vision plan.  Our chiropractic and alternative medicine network, American Specialty Health is also the largest and highest quality network in the country.  All our other providers are similarly large-scale networks also often used by insurance companies. Many excellent providers are constantly working to build their business and see Benefit Together’s discount health plans as a way to reach new patients, who might go elsewhere.  New providers who are well trained and up on the latest in their field also see Benefit Together’s plans as a source of new patients.
